Absolutely stunning! This is the first time I've been truly pleased with flowers I ordered online.

Last year, my ex bought me these so-called infinity flowers for Valentine’s Day from this site. But here I am, less than a year later, and the blooms are literally falling apart right before my eyes. I did everything right—no direct sunlight, no watering, no cleaning, you name it. I reached out to their live support and spoke with an agent named Natasha, who was just plain unprofessional and not helpful at all. Since this was a gift, I can’t provide an order number, but come on, how can a company refuse assistance just because of that? People get gifts all the time! Their customer service is just terrible. The product doesn’t live up to its claims of lasting forever. Instead, it changes color after a few months, and the roses start to decay and peel. I’m really let down, especially considering how much I spent on these useless flowers.

Just yesterday, I had my sister reach out to them on Instagram. They deleted her comments and then blocked her! If your product is legit and lasts, why block someone who’s just trying to get answers? We even tagged proof of the flowers, but they chose to ignore us and block our account instead. Just a heads up: these roses don’t last forever; you’re lucky if they make it to three or four months. Good luck if you decide to buy from these con artists!

Steer clear - totally unprofessional and inexperienced. I decided to treat myself to some flowers after convincing my husband since they’re not exactly cheap. DPD supposedly left them outside without any permission. I never got them. I reached out to the company, but they were no help at all. They wouldn’t pick up the phone, and after their so-called investigation, they sent me a message. I called them right away, but they dodged my calls. They eventually offered a replacement, but honestly, why would I trust my money with a company like this? Super disappointed and really frustrated. Inexperienced is the word that comes to mind.

I ran into an issue while trying to place my order online since the system failed to recognize my address. But, a brief conversation with a lovely young woman quickly resolved the matter. The delivery arrived just as I asked, and my wife was thrilled with the roses. I’ll definitely return for more.

My wife adored the blooms. The fragrance, the appearance, she’s been gazing at it daily. It keeps her awake at night since she can’t stop admiring it. The flowers are fantastic. The packaging is impressive.
